I started It Takes a Village: Lessons from Early Parenthood just five months into my motherhood journey as a snapshot in time. It has been, without question, the highest point and most fulling time of my life. My wish to experience parenthood had come true. 
Love was redefined. 

As you will see in my stories, my feelings are raw, emotions are fragile and authentic as I navigate a new identity as "Evangeline's mom."    
Throughout this experience, it's easy to feel alone and isolated in our challenges. We think that everyone else has it more together than they actually do. I hope you can relate, laugh and even take comfort in the moments of vulnerability with my muse, Evangeline.
